6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 The Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and Santa Cruz Canna Farms and governs the use of the Sites, superseding any prior agreements between you and Santa Cruz Canna Farms, whether written or oral, relating to the preceding.

6.2 If any provision of the Terms is ruled as invalid by any law, regulation, or order of any government or by the final determination of any state or federal court, the invalidity of the provision does not affect the enforceability of any other provision of these Terms. The failure of Santa Cruz Canna Farms enforce any right or provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights or provisions. The section titles in these Terms are only for your assistance and has no legal effect. You acknowledge that regardless of any law to the contrary, any claim or arising out of or related to use of the Santa Cruz Canna Farms Sites or the Terms must be made within one (1) year after such claim arises or forever be denied. You further acknowledge any disputes or claims arising out of or connected with the Sites and/or the Terms will be resolved individually, without recourse to any form of class action.

6.4 In the case that you have a dispute with another user or other party related to the Sites, you release Santa Cruz Canna Farms (and our officers, administrators, agents, subsidiaries, and employees) from all claims and/or damages, actual as well as consequential, of any kind and nature, whether known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

6.5 If the Terms or your permission to use the Sites are terminated by Santa Cruz Canna Farms, for any reason, the Terms will nevertheless continue to apply and be binding in respect to your prior use of the Santa Cruz Canna Farms Sites and anything relating to such use. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the Sites or with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, then your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Sites.
